# Delivery Policy — DolceSong

At DolceSong, we do everything we can to create and deliver your order in the best possible time and conditions. We offer two types of product: digital songs (delivered online) and optional physical keepsakes (shipped to your address). This policy explains how each is delivered.

## 1. Delivery areas
DolceSong delivers worldwide.
- Digital songs are delivered online, to your inbox and via a private listening page — no shipping required.
- Physical products (e.g. framed lyrics, keepsake box with USB, QR plaque) are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

## 2. Order processing times
We begin creating your personalised song as soon as your payment has been confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next working day.

## 3. Delivery times

These times are provided as estimates. Physical deliveries in particular may vary depending on the carrier, the final destination or customs formalities, beyond our control.

## 4. Order tracking
- Digital: once your song is ready, you receive a confirmation email with a link to your private listening page, where you can listen, download and share it.
- Physical: once your item is dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you have not received your confirmation email within the expected time, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@dolcesong.com.

## 5. Delivery fees
Standard digital delivery is free; the 24-hour express option is an optional paid upgrade, shown before you complete your order. Shipping fees for physical products (where applicable) are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination, and shown before final confirmation.

## 6. Delivery problems
In the event of an unusual delay, a parcel not received, or any transport-related issue, please contact customer service as soon as possible at contact@dolcesong.com.

If a digital song could not be delivered because of an incorrect email address provided at checkout, simply contact us and we'll resend it. If a physical parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees may be charged to the customer.

## 7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
- Digital: if your audio file is corrupted or your listening link does not work, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Physical: if your item arrives damaged or visibly defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel and product.

Email contact@dolcesong.com with the details. After review, an appropriate solution will be offered (re-delivery, replacement, free revision or refund, as applicable). Any request made out of time or without supporting details may not be processed.

## 8. Customs & taxes
Digital songs are delivered online, so no customs duties or import fees apply. For physical products shipped outside the UK, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be charged by the destination country's authorities; these are the customer's responsibility and are not within DolceSong's control. Where required, prices include UK VAT, shown before you complete your order.
