# Refund & Return Policy — DolceSong

DolceSong applies a 30-day satisfaction policy, in line with applicable consumer regulations and the conditions set out below.

You have 30 days from the delivery of your song to request a revision or a refund, subject to strict compliance with the conditions of this policy.

## Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your request must:

- be made within 30 days of the delivery of your song;
- be raised with us first, so we can offer a free revision (we always try to put it right before any refund);
- concern a song that genuinely does not match the brief you submitted, or that is faulty / not as described — not a simple change of mind;
- be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt or order number);
- not relate to errors in the details you entered yourself at checkout (these are corrected free of charge through revisions).

Any request based solely on a change of mind, or on the recipient's personal taste once a correct song has been delivered, may be refused in whole or in part.

## Request procedure
Before any refund, you must first contact our customer service. Requests made without prior contact cannot be processed.

Your request must include:

- your order number;
- the reason for your request (or what you'd like us to revise).

If your request complies with this policy, the next steps will be confirmed by email.

## Costs & terms
As your song is delivered digitally (audio file + private listening page), there is nothing to ship back and there are no return shipping costs. Free, unlimited revisions are included as part of our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — simply contact us by email.

## Faulty or incorrect orders
Please check your song as soon as you receive it.

In the event of a faulty file (e.g. a broken listening link or corrupted audio) or a song that does not match your order, you must contact customer service as soon as possible, providing the information needed to assess the situation (description of the problem, screenshots, order number).

DolceSong reserves the right to review the request before proposing an appropriate solution, such as a re-delivery, a free revision, or a refund.

## Orders covered
All songs created by DolceSong, including orders placed on promotion or at a discount, may be the subject of a request, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in this policy.

## Refunds
After review of your request, you will be informed by email of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.

If accepted, the refund will be issued via the payment method used at purchase, within a maximum of 10 business days.

The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

DolceSong reserves the right to refuse any refund in the event of non-compliance with this policy, established abuse, or attempted fraud.
